Ha is an author of more than 75 scientific works, among them there are 25 certificates of authorship. He is awarded with a medal "The Inventor of USSR", and a medal of VDNKh.
He is a director of research works on the rising of durability of the parts of technical equipment of the branch laboratory at the chair of exploitation and repair of machines of Pridneprovsk State Academy of Building and Architecture.
He teaches subjects "Production and Technical Facilities Base of the Enterprises of Wheeled and Tracked Transport Means", "The Basics of Technical Creativity and Patenting", "Discipline on Speciality", "Tribotechnics and Machine Reliability".
